QRIC Supplier – Bank Verification Notification

This is an important notice for all businesses which provide supplies and services to the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission.

The Commission is implementing a new supplier payment verification process using specialist external security experts EFTSure .

EFTSure is a secure platform that will allow us to confirm the bank details of our suppliers and ensure the accuracy of our records. It is important that you treat these emails as safe and not spam, and follow the instructions provided to confirm your bank details.

To ensure payment, all suppliers need to verify their details via the following steps:

• 1. An email verification link will be sent to you from EFTSure.

• 2. Click on the email link to take you to the EFTSure website.
• 3. Complete the verification process.

If your business uses multiple bank accounts, you may receive a verification request for each account and will need to verify them separately.

Please note that is a procedural request and is not related to any specific invoice or payment due.
