Reporting and recording requirements for livestock slaughter facilities – Section 210C Racing Integrity Act
The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (the Commission) administers the Racing Integrity Act 2016 (Act). On 12 December 2022, the Act was amended to prescribe mandatory reporting requirements for both suppliers of horses and owners of livestock slaughter facilities. Owners of livestock slaughter facilities are obligated to prepare a report to the Commission, which must be prepared in the approved form below.
