QCAT (up until 31 March 2023)
If you are unhappy with the outcome of an internal review decision concerning a steward’s decision made prior to 31 March 2023, you can lodge an appeal with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
There may be an application fee to hear disputes through QCAT. To apply you will need to complete a form and include the correct fee with your application.
