Dale Smith OCR177-19
On 3 June 2019 the applicant Dale Smith filed with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal), an application to review the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (the Commission) internal review decision 0036-19 of 31 May 2019.
The Tribunal, on 30 September 2019, invited the Commission, pursuant to s23(1) of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009 (Qld) (the Act), to reconsider the decision subject of review.
On 1 October 2019, the Commission in accordance with s23(2) of the Act, reconsidered the decision resulting in the following decision:
- The Applicant is guilty of breaching Australian Rule of Racing 131(a) and the period of suspension is amended from a period of thirteen (13) days to a period of eleven (11) days.
