Summary
Integrity Investigations Team (IIT) conducted an inspection of the registered stable address of licensed trainer Mr Patrick Sexton whereby an unapproved modified whip was in a vehicle belonging to Mr Sexton. The whip was subsequently confiscated by the IIT.
